I have to agree with bar 4 not really clearing things up. A bar like that at the bottom of a trend is bullish, at the top bearish. Is that short trend from bar 1 long enough to be classed as a trend of any significance ? The other thing which is clouding the direction a bit is volume, or the lack of it.
WKT can get some volume when interest arrives but when we have recent volumes of less than 500k it can get knocked around by a few trades.
