It is rangebound @slick - On another chart I have the 50% FIB level of .275 acting as a real rubbery pivot area at the moment. I notice your Bollinger Bands getting squeezed as well, another sign of decreasing volatility and spread - from what I read WKT is awaiting some form of decisive contract and this is reflected in the chart,
