i train racehorses and chartings a bit like picking horses off pedigrees, one can justify why ones good after the event, if the experts were so good Winx wouldnt have sold for as little as she did which would have been way too much if she hadnt won a race and the pedigree experts would have told you why she was no good.No one really knows otherwise we wouldnt be able to buy stocks that were going to be good as no one would sell. On finance one of my clients accounts for an oil company and when they want to drill a well they raise 25mil over lunch in New York, point being 40mil is chicken ---- to someone who sees the value.I cant see any problem getting 40mil , just all my own ramblings.opinion only.
