Some here falsely accuse me of being a Hindsight Trader, however with the above in mind, could you please answer the following! How do you identify the beginning and ending of a move before being able to start the Raff Regression Channel?
See I suggested that based on the TED, that 45c was the high. Then when the TED confirmed with its breakout I suggested 3 targets (36c, 26.5c and 15c). So in turn that fixes the high/the beginning, but how do you establish the ending of the move at that point in time?
I understand how you got to draw those short term channels in the chart you posted, however correct me if I'm wrong, but all those ST moves were established with hindsight. Only the very last channel was drawn without already knowing where the move was going to end and IMO it didn't quite work out the way you thought it would.
So with hindsight looking at your last channel and without knowing where exactly the move would end, how were you able to draw it in the first place?
