I think you make some valid points here. While I too sit patiently waiting for the S/P to do somersaults it does make me think about what's holding this back.

However let's not forget the markets are still in no mans land for now with Australia with a hung parliament and uk Brexit just taken place I have no doubt that these world matters influence investor confidence.

Also I would assume it takes months to nut out an agreement that both parties are happy with before signing on the dotted line.

What I'm hoping for is that behind closed doors there is something on the table waiting to get finalised - otherwise we will be going back to capital raising again.
