I believe a few countries have such reciprocal agreements, Germany being another from memory so it will be interesting to see how they fair using that mechanism.
Unfortunately I don't think Australia has any such reciprocal agreement so if they had of been an Australian company they would be at the total mercy of Tanzanian legal system under the legislation changes.
