hi Slick, yes this was part of the deal with BMCG backup funding to keep construction going while they were finalising the debt financing with Gemcorp for the fully funded package.
WKT never drew down on it but BMCG could force WKT to take US$700k in exchange for discounted shares. Which they did.
WKT can still drawdown on $9.3m but is not expected to as Gemcorp US$25m should cover up until sales of product.
