No offence, but I read your post and laughed, my chart shows this is a long way from occurring, Yet you seem to think its going to arrive shortly.
Are you this desperate to pump WKT you need to make calls of a golden cross that is well over a month away from forming or months/year away from occurring?
If WKT cannot resolve the flake size, purity and throughput the project will be unviable, this will only further delay the golden cross, the good news is, if WKT survives and isnt delisted due to any major failure, a golden cross will occur again, along with a death cross, the pattern will continue.
the only unknown is what the SP will be when the next Golden Cross occurs.
