WKT New charting, page-488

Here's a daily chart over the past 12 months where I think the .125 - .13 cent range has provided both support and resistance. This has developed after the time period that WKT had a little holiday from trading.
There has been three solid spikes above that zone which saw an increase in SP of up to 30%. Something I wanted to point out seeing as I raised the topic during the week was that those spikes were made on low volumes as well that just fitted into the volume average for the year.
Yeah so what I hear you say? Well from that traders can get some vital information but more importantly, long holders also learn that the sector or stock isn't gaining much traction in the market.
Important to note that I'm not being negative to WKT, just showing a few current market trends.



So, why hasn't there been any real volumes flow in when good news land? Well a look into the Graphite sector can explain a few things. I'm not positive that I have the absolute correct sector chart here but they were all displaying the same trend. As you can see the sector over the last 15 months has been trending downwards which IMO has a direct outcome to WKT performance. Once we see a reversal in sector trend and money flowing into the sector then I believe volumes will increase for WKT and therefore obviously good news will mean higher SP's
