$263mil AUD divided by shares on issue (407mil + underwriters 38mil) = 445 mil shares after trench 2.

The NPV fully funded cannot be calculated until the shares are issued to the USA Battery Investor have been completed. the current NPV of 59c is significantly lower than the 75c you and many of your positive posters have claimed.

As you would know, NPV figure is based on the DFS calculations, if WKT does not achieve its forecast basket price or has higher operating costs, the NPV will reduce.

BTW I love the ~$700 buy in the aftermarket close to push the SP up to 22c

But what is that NPV if WKT manage to sell an additional 10k tonnes per annum.... I don't have the margins handy but could that mean 30-50% higher NPV... See how that changes your share price. If you wait for it to become obvious you will have missed the boat.
