Sorry to hear that some fellow investors have realised their loss. I haven't yet, which would be over $200k at this stage.
The situation looks dire and the future uncertain. The core issue presents as timeline driven debt breaches, current and anticipated. This is a financial concern, potentially crippling for Wellard. However, their business model still seems reasonable to me, albeit margin reduction in the current climate.
