As we know, UBS were involved in the IPO for Wellard and have stopped research on WLD. Yesterday, in a conversation with UBS, they indicated that fund managers (don't know who) perceived the transfer of WLD shares to Fulida to be a negative. The rationale was that Mauro still has too much control over the WLD. However, his control is now less and two industry aligned organisations are now involved (ie, Butt and Fulida). This is good news from my view. Greater control over market forces within the livestock industry from a demand side perspective.

If he gets a sweet enough offer he will sell in my opinion he seems to be cashing up for his move to singers

It would be great if twiggy an gina came in got some go getters on the board clean out an get the business humming
