In my opinion, Director12's advice is sound as your question is not a simple yes/no because it depends on your own circumstances: do you have the spare cash to exercise?; is the dividend helpful to you for tax purposes?; and are you satisfied with how WLE has performed so far?
FWIW, I hold WAM (the single good choice of 17 that a so-called financial planner made to distribute our retail funds' super into an smsf in late 2013), subscribed to the IPO for FGX, later exercised the attached options and am watching WLE hoping for a dip to spread into that (mainly as it is trading below NTA).
