If you want to fully comprehend the current status of the existing CSD resources you should thoroughly read the "Auralia" mining consultants report dated 30th Oct 2014 and included in the "Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum" for JAN 2015 . The file is too large to upload here but is on CSD website or ASX.
Important section is 5 .1o. 2 and tables 5.3 and 5.4 . That's about 20 mt of 2004 JORC resources and Wanguo is required to add circa 25mt of additional resource (details of the specific agreements are also on CSD website).
