"avoiding a lowball takeover".....not sure this can be attributed to WM - who did he 'actually' avoid?
Don't ever seem to have had the decision to sell to someone else other than the autobot......
The share price has been around the same level for a few years, so 'they' (whoever they are) have had every chance to make a bid, IF they so wished.
At today's $3.58 (plus say 35% premium) would still in most people's opinion be lowball...
