Correct Grant, until the US forces have had sufficient time to search Iraq the jury is still out on whether Bush et al were right after all. The best outcome for Howard, Blair, Bush is that they find WMD but Saddam doesn't use them. It would be embarrassing if they come up with zilch because in defeat Saddam would have proven his enemies wrong. I'm sure the US could put a spin on it though.
