I am not sure where the WME directors got their information...

I am not sure where the WME directors got their information about BMN but it is not from any of the BMN announcements I have read. They don't seem to think much of BMN or the deposit which is shaping up to be huge. I am not sure what their motivation is other than to make themselves look better?

I own both WME and BMN. The comments from WME regarding BMN surprised me.
