The difference between an IPO and RTO is the former is a fresh listing where the latter is using a shell, when a shell is used there is always old shell holders that will dump and hurt shareprice, This was compounded by trading as the shell for near on 2 weeks.
This was due to a number of reasons including management, poor selection of company to raise funds who previously failed.

However all is not bad, they have good projects, one JV, the onus is on the management to produce the goods, a couple of good finds and this could do very well.

Please note I am one of the vendors of both lithium companies so know exactly where the tenements are and 5 hard rock tenements are very close to GXY who has huge off take agreements and in production and PLS who have very good results and partners who are supplying big money to get it to production.

Demand for lithium and battery metals will only increase as countries have put a timeframe on banning combustible automobiles.
Electrical vehicles and household power storage has huge worldwide growth.

Management have very good projects in both WA and SA so it is time to tell the market what their plans are.
