black or red? So Xstrata plan to buy wmr for months and put in two offers the lastest offer is about $3 more than the sp was before there offer.

Government approves the takover, both Rio and BHP have the funds BUT its not all about that, they have both made it clear in the past about when they will consider buying other companies and just because Xstrata have come to the table it will be a very big move for either of these two massive companies to come up with the right strategic play and the cash given they only had a weeks notice.

I like you want them to buy wmr but as the days get nearer to Xtratas deadline i am getting concerned that it might not happen and the sp will fall back.
