Wealthyone, spot on the money. Newcrest have been pullng hairs out at Telfer-even dong fly ins from Sth Sfrica. The Kal Miner has been screaming out for tradesmen. You cannot get a drill rig for love or money-and certainly not one with an experienced crew (Friedland took most of our better rigs to Mongolia last year!). As for Olympic Dam-it is a 'cluster f*ck' , orchestrated by consultants rather than permanent staff, as the board always wanted 'independent advice'.
