Theres not much holding WMT back from shooting all the way to one dollar.
When I select a company to buy there are four things I look for,
ONE,a company thats got its hands on lots of cash,done.
TWO,you need great management,done.
THREE,you need determination,done.
FOUR,you must have share holder support,wmt has plenty of this.
Wmt meets all the criteria I look for in a company.

So did COE ( cooper )even though oil was at all time high and they have sat around for years and still are.
