It's interesting to see the games being played. It does look like WN Associates doing some tree shaking and then buying up.

The key message and implication is that:

1. WN Associates are likely to be active for the takeover period.
2. THere will be regular price manipulation - (forget the illegality of this - with feeble regulators we just have to accept it will occur.

3. The KEY message from WN is that they still want more shares.

4. As we get to know WN & their Associates behaviour better, we can see better ways of dealing with their tactics.
