I don't think you understand, you're not obligated to take WN's shares instead of BRMs. BRM will continue as a separate entity with tradeable shares. You're panicking unneccessarily about having your shares turned into WN paper.
Our concern needs to be what WN will impose on BRM management in respect to project development and management structure should they succeed (unlikely) in achieving 50.1% ownership.
