    There are possibly intense negotiations going on in Hong Kong involving the sale of Wah Nam's stake in BRM at a premium to current price to Regent.


    I would not be surprised if an announcement came out about the sale of Wah Nam's stake over the next few weeks.

    I think they know they won't get control with the current offer.
