WNI is aggressively attempting to take 100% of the company, they will not be happy with 80% or 89% or 90% or 95%, they need the entire company so they can onsell it to a third party.

Be stubborn, wait it out and you'll get your just rewards.

They are basically stealing the company from under your eyes, why reward them by selling on market and making it easy for them.
