I think the main reason why there has been no blocking stake is the liquidity is so low. Anyone trying to get in for a significant amount will bump the price significantly higher so its just WNI/Associates and small fry traders in it for the quick profit.

Just wait, eventually they will develop, raise their offer, or try to palm off for the highest price. Either scenario we see a significant SP increase.
