For too long these low lives have drawn the false Maginot Line at 80% to intimidate us shareholders.
Now (despite the false confidence and falese sense of inevitability) they realize they really need 90% of the shares to carry out the end objectives.
They know even if they can get over 80%, the real long drawn out battle begins should they delist (that's a BIG if).
Now they will try to mop up as much as possible on market for they would have received next to NIL acceptances in the mail.
With every share they snap up on market, the next lots will be more expensive and harder to obtain.
I think the sp will soon hit the BS valuation of circa $3.
