Oh no, I missed the cut off to get 6 Wah Nam Shares for 1 Ferraus. I could have a current implied value of 8.5c X 6 = 51c per share. (even though someone manipulated the price at close by buying one share at 3.58pm and the price should be 8c X 6 = 48c per share.
So disappointed, I will sell on market for 91c per share at the close.
My point is that their really needs to be an investigation into Wah Nam and their practises. I know it is spilt milk but they have made a complete mockery of our takeover rules, ripped off shareholders in Brockman, and tried to do the same to Ferraus. Can't let this pass otherwise it sets a precedent.
