the way I see it WNI would assume total ownership of FRS but maintains its own entity. WNI can then absorb BRM into their organisation only if they get 90% ownership of BRM which will only happen through a cash offer or a rerun of this last process. this time wni associates need to buy nearly all bar directors holdings. i'm sure they'll get plenty if they run the SP to $10. Yesterday was a good start for the SP run up sale.
