    Hi,

    Are WNI required to provide updates on acceptances of the offer at any stage via a change to substantial holder notifications?

    They have been fairly quiet so far and the offer closes on the 23rd Jan. It would have to be the worst time to put forward a bid like with the hope of getting the average Joe to accept, which makes me think they already had the numbers in advance.
