    Maybe this is how a possible Chinese backer will be playing it - taking up a large chunk of WNI?

    All up it quite depresses me that BRM may be at risk of falling to any arbitrage opportunities between WNI and BRM.

    This rail agreement needs to be inked asap hopefully to put BRM beyond the clutches of WNI.
