Another week finished the first of the month of June and time to check out the state of play in a week where shareholders were sent a letter of offer to participate in a Securities purchase plan at 0.023 cents per share and the date of the AGM was set for Thursday 11am (AWST) 3 July 2025.

WOA monthly chart 0.019 still stuggling beneath the 20weighted moving average but so far holding above VWAP but a disappointing week and month so far with price beneath the price of the current share plan price. Wednesday put in the weekly low of 0.18 cents and price has shown little vertical momentum since.

WOA 0.019 weekly chart printed a red candle for the fifth consecutive week. Closed beneath the 20 wma which is a sign of weakness
but managed to close above VWAP which was a sign of strength.

Monday 2 June began with a push higher, pushed lower then closed unchanged from Friday's close.
Tuesday 3 June Tuesday typically extends the range but price dropped back to to Friday's low of 0.019
then pushed higher to set the weekly high at 0.021. before dropping back to close at Friday's low.
Wednesday 4 June set the low for the week of 0.018 cents and closed at this level
Thursday 5 June bounced higher to retest Tuesday's high of the week at 0.021 but then pulled back to close at Friday's low.
Friday 6 June traded in a very narrow range but closed at last Friday's low beneath VWAP and below the 20 wma



Overall a very disappointing low range trading week where price failed to make much progress in
what was genarally a good week for the ASX indexes. Price remains beneath the 0.023 price of the company's
Share purchase plan price.
