Well if you want to count options then we have to add the funds that will come in from the options.... $60m marketcap, $1.7m cash (as from the last presentation) + $3m in the CR and $5.7m from the options... So hypothetically we would have over $10m cash if all the options are exercised today... I don't think we will do another CR unless it's for an acquisition
