    They expire in 385 days. Between now and then you have the option to purchase shares at 30c. If you held 10,000 options that means you have to spend $3000 and then your options will be converted to shares...As long as the shares are above 30c at expiry then it's worth converting, otherwise they expire worthless if the shares close below 30c at expiry, because it's cheaper to just buy shares on market
