you beat me to mention BNPL and APT in particular... I guess if the earnings and revenue was all that would drive the sp then APT would be overpriced at even $2 per share... it last traded at $70 and people are preparing for a $100 party somewhere in town...
once a business matures and stabilizes, only then can it be measured in industry standard norms... until then it is a bit of folly to go for PE/PEGs/ EPS etc...
it is all about the "POTENTIAL" now... can they crack the fake meat market? If yes, it can be trading at a billion dollar market cap before even getting a single dollar of net profit...
