I wrote in today basically saying I was pissed off that Apex hadn't responded to my emails asking for information a few months ago and that I was going to reduce my holdings and recommend that my colleges do the same. Here was the reply I got today:

"I have just rec'd your message. I apologize, but I can't recall ever seeing your earlier message. I will be more than happy to talk with you (or any shareholder). Maybe you could email me your contact telephone and I will call you on monday (if convenient). Again please accept my apologies. Best regards. Mark. "

Nothing really of relevance but I am going to take up his offer and talk to him on Monday.
