    Decision to acquire Parys Mountain Project extended
    Western Metals advises that after conducting due diligence investigations on the Parys Mountain Project, it has determined that it will not proceed with the acquisition on the terms of the Term Sheet dated 7 April 2008.



    well whats on that term sheet? otherwise it sounds like a refusal to me...
