Market conditions & metal prices are unstable so WMT have decided to hold back on the deal looking out for shareholders best interest & possible be able to work out a better deal for WMT.

Good move imo, either way WMT in a good position, go ahead with the deal at a cheaper price or dont go ahead & were very cashed up through these hard times & can look at other deals.
