Someone is exiting 20k parcels and doesn't want the market to collapse. They haev been slowly selling into volume whenever buyers show. Someone is exiting a sizeable parcel. Probably sick of delay with no announcement and spooked by TB vaccine news all over press on the weekend.
Not really justified but CST is probably overpriced at this level without approvals and a few sales announced but those holding are obviously 100% convinced all is well and feel they won't get a position later if they exit
If this is any indication all may not be 100% in the bag and well if you consider a holder worth 300K just exited some.
Not worried yet but a little concerned
