DSO just keeps the machinery oiled,wages paid and Atlas's berth occupied. It is not a viable long term scenario and would be creating an environmental foot print that should be illegal. All of Australia's resources should be manufactured to optimum value and the tier one companies have the resources to do that. We will in a few more years IMO.
