All stocks at some point get mis priced. All sectors at some point get mis valued. What is required to happen for any stock or sector to rerate to its fundamental value is a wider recognition of the mispricing, coupled with a sudden realisation that the downside risk is now far lower than the upside risk. This takes time and then the ultimate turn of events requires a catalyst.
The announcement by MIN today IS THAT CATALYST.
It is actual market evidence of what a global leader in lithium production is prepared to pay to secure long term tenure of their input feedstock. And it just happens to equate to a value that is a double and a half higher per tonne than what PLS Is valued at by the market today.
