    I would be very bullish if it weren't for the cursed TED spread pushing relentlessly upwards. A measured move from a break of the trendline would correspond to a re-test of the congestion area, or neckline of the previous bottoming pattern. That would bring a nice sense of technical closure, but is anything ever that neat?
