UT...you 'slipped' and admitted that in (i quote) "thirty years you will have some payed off properties"...which means that you (as we speak) are :
1)leveraged up to your neck 2)have very little cents to your name (it all goes to pay off mortgages) 3)are exactly the type i'm talking about(2-3 houses to his name, meanwhile friends have to buy you a beer at the pub ... 'cose you're 'cash poor')
