PDN 623 million shares on issue market cap $2.89 billion share price $4.57. For PEN to ramp up both Lance and Karoo to their projected capacity would just about match targeted output for Paladin's Langer Heinrich and Kayalakera operations. PEN has 921 million shares on issue and another 200 million odd options.
But PEN's Lance project being ISR will be much cheaper to operate than either of Paladins conventional dig up,crush, wash and extract operations.
