$40m will be chump change for this company in the not so distant future.With the two projects clearly goers and a well defined timeline to production Pen management have decided to tell the world to get sp moving.With a more realistiic sp management will have control and options,particularly if U price spike.
Raising the finance will be no problem and this mob has managed so well I trust them to act in shareholders interest
