You'd prefer them to make loans and risk not getting paid back?
That is a looming risk with investments like that.
How much do you/we lose by only financing sound projects without such long term risk?

especially ones that will then have a risk of not repaying the loan. I love having an investment with less risk of bad debt s when the urgency esmissions chickens come home to roost.
