Further to my visionary 12th October prophecy of EIG’s potential appearance on the scene, I will post the following additional 2023 tea leaf divination for the record so I can regularly remind y’all when it comes to pass:
Following ORG shareholders voting to accept the offer in Q1 23, EIG to acquire 5% strategic stake in BRU by way of a placement (to MidOcean Energy) at a decent premium to the SP (like wot they did once with SXY). Following the ORG Implementation of Scheme of Arrangement in Q2, MidOcean assumes responsibilities of our erstwhile reluctant JV Partner as the new, keen as mustard owner of the former Origin Energy Integrated Gas business, Rafael gets Properly Tested in Q3 and the 3D Seismic gets underway. Following mesmerizingly stupendous results which send the SP to around 75c-$1 by Q4, MidOcean Energy, who have been steadily accumulating BRU shares to add to their position, lobs a bid to acquire the remaining stock in a full-on takeover, which the board recommend to shareholders for Xmas.
