re IMO women are generally enraged because of the impact of the Covid recession on them and the sexual assaults were the motivator to hit the streets.
We are now facing higher unemployment at the end of the month and nobody in power is promoting full employment; instead governments & the RBA are promoting 5 - 6% unemployment rate to maintain low wages. in the 60s & 70s we had sub 2% unemployment with the working class getting a fair shake of the sauce bottle. Since then it has been downhill for workers and mega income increases for the middle class & the elite
