The legal system is more about power than justice and we see the net result of this with the marches, BLM., etc
Laws are to keep brown people in their place, poor people poor and women 2nd class.
So we see in the past for eg football payer being violent, sexually assaulting women and doing drugs and basically getting away with it. In fact for a time, after a brief spell in coventry, they not only resumed their careers they were offered Tv contracts and the like. The sport needed a cultural change, as society does as well. Aboriginal kids steals $5 worth lollies and we have society wide outrage at lax laws but politicians steal $500in travel and no sanctions.
See with Robotdebt and Jobseeker difference. Someone gets $100 more from Centrelink it is a crime that requires $500 worth of response to get it back, but overpayment of millions in jobseeker not worth pursueing.
So we end up with the perverse situation where if a Muslim raped a white women there would be outrage but if a white man raped a women she asked for it. Not about the victim at all but how is works to maintain power for the dominant group..
The legal system fails women. We are collectively abusing the human rights of women so it is a cultural problem. All so some weak pathetic fragile men and women can feel they maintain some animal hierarchy cause it aint human. The lowest common denominator controlling us, regresssive.
