This is a clip doing the rounds over the internet lately.
To be honest, what I think we've been witnessing since 2016 is a power struggle between 2 factions of the Wealthy Power Elite, which may have started in America but is now embroiling the rest of the Wealthy Power Elite, throughout the whole of the West.
Am I going to take sides between them! No way. Will this struggle produce some good results? It could do. In Ancient Athens it gave rise to the Athenian direct democracy, which in turn spawned one of the World's Great Golden Ages in learning and art in human history. But alas, in Ancient Rome, a similar struggle gave rise to rule by Emperors which lasted for over 400 years.
We, the 99%, can take a significant roll in this struggle by first, not taking sides in this fight between the Billionaires, and secondly fighting for a third way that genuinely puts power in the hands of the 99%, instead of allowing the Wealthy Elite to lead us mindlessly towards the era of Rule by Oligarchs, from which we may never emerge.
Come on. You all know that this is where it's heading. Are you really just going to walk passively towards your servitude like stock animals???
